Do you have a store?
We do have a store called Carbonneau Bridal and Formalwear that is located at 60 Shrewsbury Street, Worcester, Massachusetts.

What size dresses do you carry?
We carry sizes ranging from 0-50 depending on the manufacturer. We highly advise checking the size chart and getting measurements taken before ordering your gown.

Is there any additional size charge?
Some designers do charge a fee for sizes 16 and above.

Why are your dresses so inexpensive?
Due to our relatively low overhead and our high volume of sales we can pass along these beautiful dresses at extremely low, and reasonable prices.

What happens if when I get my dress it doesnt\'t fit?
Our return policy is All Sales final. Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept exchanges or returns. It is very important that you get measurements taken and look at the appropriate manufacturers size chart before ordering your dress. Alterations are almost always necessary for a custom fit so please keep this in mind.

How do I know what size to order?
We have provided a size chart for most of the dresses on our site, if you don\'t see one please inquire. To save time and to ensure accuracy we suggest you have a professional seamstress measure you for the most accurate sizing.

How long will it take for my dress to arrive?
All dresses are special ordered and depending on stock availability can take between 2-14 weeks. We do carry In Stock dresses that can be shipped out immediately. Express delivery is available upon request and for an additional fee.

How do I place my order with you?
You can place an order with us online, by fax or phone.. We have a secure server and gladly accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We also accept out of the country orders, please inquire if you are ordering out of the US.

What are the different types of trains and how long are they?
Cathedral length trains extend 2 1/2 yards from the waist.
Semi-Cathedral length trains extend 2 yards from the waist.
Chapel trains extend 1 1/3 yards from the waist.

What are the different types of waistlines?
Basque waistlines are slightly elongated, dipping to a point at the center front.
Asymmetrical waistlines begin at the natural waistline and angle down to one side.
Dropped waistlines fall to several inches below the natural waistline.

What are some of the different types of laces?
Alencon lace is a delicate floral leaf design in a fine net background outlined with heavy threads
to define the pattern and add dimension.
Battenberg lace is made by applying a coarse linen tape to the design and connecting tape
with decorative linen stitching.
Schiffli lace is an intricate floral pattern embroidered directly onto the gown as opposed
to a separate lace sewn to the fabric.

What are some of the different types of necklines?
Scoop neckline is a low and rounded neckline.
Queen Anne neckline is a high at the back and sides of the neck, angling outward
and then across top of bustline.
Illusion neckline is transparent lace or netting that begins at high or jeweled neckline
and ends just above the bustline.
Sweetheart neckline begins 2\" inside the shoulder line and dips to a heart shape at bustline.
