The content may be protected by copyright or trademark, and may not be reproduced in any way. Any attempt or act to do so is subject to the laws and jurisdictions that protect such an act. My Dress 4 Less offers all products on this site for Internet purchase. All prices, descriptions, pictures, content, availability and inventory are subject to change at any time. My Dress 4 Less is not responsible for any inaccuracies of prices, descriptions, pictures, typographical or photographic errors in content. Prices, descriptions, pictures and content are subject to change at any time and without notice. My Dress 4 Less reserves the right to limit and or refuse sales at its own discretion.

Online Prices vs In Store Prices

Please note that some items may vary in price from our brick store to our online store. Online Promotions are not valid on In Store orders. They are for online orders only. **Please note that all orders placed online do not receive a complementary steaming. That is for orders placed within the store only. Also, when you place an order with us in the store you are receiving hands on help with one of our highly trained associates and you will also be measured. Online you are responsible for your own measurements/sizing.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Likewise, our vendors are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and/ or any other specifications before submitting your order. The submission of an order acknowledges your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. We guarentee the quality of all of our products. If there is any blemish, defect of your product due to manufacturing error we will replace the product with the same product, same size, same color. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must contact us within 7 days and we will correct the problem. Mydress4less.com does not except returns after 7 days of delivery. Please examine all products upon receipt. Items that are deemed undeliverable, refused delivery or returned to sender will incur shipping & handling charges both ways to cover the freight costs incurred in good faith to ship the product to you per your information provided. No orders can be cancelled because they are submitted to the manufacturer the same day you send mydress4less.com the order. Due to nature of this business, All Sales are Final. Cancellation, exchange or refund is NOT an option. Do keep in mind that we do sell "In Stock" items as well. These are dresses that are hung in our store and are sometimes tried on by our customers who come into our store location. We do try our best to take great care of these dresses when they are tried on, however sometimes they can show a little bit of distress. If we believe these dresses do show some wear we will discount them from the original selling prices as we choose. Again, please remember that all sales are final.

Items that are offered with a Free Gift

Some of our items that we sell we offer a Free Gift. For example, with the purchase of some of our Wedding Gowns we offer a Free Gift of $120 towards a Veil and $50 towards a pair of Shoes. In order to take advantage of that offer you MUST mention it at the time of purchase or the Free Gift will NOT be honored. Also, depending on what items you choose for your Gift, additional shipping fees may be applied. Your Free Gift will be shipped to you at the same time as the dress.

Defective Items Policy

If your order arrives damaged, or is defective or we sent the wrong thing contact us within 2 days and we will correct the problem. Mydress4less.com will only replace items that were damaged by the manufacturer. My dress4less.com does not except returns after 2 days of delivery, please examine all products upon receipt.

Delivery Time

All of the dresses because they are being custom designed can take up to 18 weeks for delivery. Some of the dresses are in stock, so therefore they can ship right away. Once you place an order with mydress4less.com, there is no cancellation. In the event a manufacturer’s product becomes discontinued or is unavailable to ship out to you in time for your wear date, we will notify the client by e-mail immediately. The given estimated production times are the estimated times for the items to arrive here to our store given by each manufacturer, and then allow up to TWO WEEKS for us to receive, inspect and ship the gown on to you. We are not responsible for any production delay. Our Shipping Policy in this regard is to ship the order U.P.S Ground, immediately when it becomes available. To downgrade or upgrade your shipping option, we require notification prior to shipment. Once in transit, shipping charges stand as ordered and as detailed below and are non-refundable. Each designer reserves the right to work within a 2 weeks window. It is considered on time to arrive 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after the estimated date.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Transit times are estimated in business days within the continental US (48) only and are not guaranteed. Remote locations may take additional time in transit and are not guaranteed. We do not charge any hidden fees or add-ons to an order - however, we do reserve the right to add a minimal shipping charge for overweight or oversized items / remote locations and will confirm this with you if necessary prior to processing your card or accepting your order. We do us the USPS for our shipping. We will provide the tracking number information if needed. A signature may be required on all orders over $200.00. We can only ship to the address that is provided at the time of sale. No address changes are allowed.

Refusal of Shipment Policy

If the order is refused upon delivery to your shipping address or sent back to us and marked "Return to Sender", you will be charged $15 for your item to be re-shipped and a $100 refusal upon delivery fee may be charged.

Payment

In return for use of our services or the purchase of products from My Dress 4 Less, you agree to pay all fees and charges as posted on the My Dress 4 Less web site. My Dress 4 Less will bill your credit card, and that credit card number, which you provide for payment. You agree and allow My Dress 4 Less to take any commercially available actions to validate your credit card. You understand and agree that, if timely payment of all amounts due for any services which you have agreed to purchase is not received, My Dress 4 Less may, in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate your use of the My Dress 4 Less service. If you dispute a credit card purchase or if your payment of any kind is returned to My Dress 4 Less by the issuing bank for any reason, after receipt of products or services provided by My Dress 4 Less, you agree to pay My Dress 4 Less for such products and or services plus an additional processing fee of fifty dollars. Outstanding balances will incur interest at the rate of two percent per month until paid in full and any future use or attempted use of any of our services will be terminated.
